Are you looking to start a fitness program to get in shape but don’t know where to begin? I’m a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who knows how to keep it fun while getting you results.
FIT Class
When: 9:15 - 10:15am, Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Where: Upbeat Dance Studio, Narberth Challenge your body in every direction. FIT is designed to get your heart pumping at the same time you are building muscle strength and definition. This class is for ALL fitness levels. $17/class More info. here |
FIT Camp
When: 8:30 - 9:30am, Saturdays Where: Upbeat Dance Studio, Narberth A total body conditioning workout, organized by circuits. Designed to burn calories and build strength, endurance, balance and increase overall athleticism. Drop-in's are $15/class OR $40/month, payable at first class of the month. When: 9:15 - 10:15am, Tuesdays Where: Sabine Park Playground (weather permitting), Narberth Using the TRX Suspension Trainers you will work every muscle in your body. Suspension Training is a great way to build lean muscle using your own body weight. This class is for ALL fitness levels, since the straps can be adjusted just for you! Questions?
