Tailored FIT Class

Building muscle is one of the most effective ways to change body composition. This is the heart of FIT Class. Using weights, gliders, resistance bands and body weight moves you will strengthen and sculpt every muscle group. Safe, effective moves using full ranges of motion to activate every muscle fiber.

 Tailored FIT Camp

FIT Camp training will get your heart rate high and your muscles strong! You will be challenged with a unique variety of fun cardio intervals and strength training exercises, organized by circuits. Offered Saturday mornings, it's a great way to start the weekend.
