"FIT Class is a life-changing gift of better health. Having herniated discs in my back would mean injuring myself whenever I moved furniture or did gardening. That also made me afraid of workout routines that would only stress my back more when I did feel better. Kristina really listens and provides careful, productive instruction that is what you can do, but better. After attending class 2 or 3 days a week for six months I was able to install a brand new garden myself without hurting my back! Kristina is a talented personal trainer who customizes the workout to improve strength without risking injury. The class actually makes you less injury prone outside of class do your daily activities."
