The 12 Days of Fitness Challenge
Similar to the song, this challenge is based on cumulative effort. The challenges are entirely doable, life-changing habits with little time commitments. Every day for 12 days, another challenge is added. I will be sending out a bit more information and motivation every day. EMAIL ME to let me know if you would like to be included in the challenge. You don't have to come to class.
Print out the handout below by Monday, December 11th to begin the challenge! (I will also have handouts at class.) You will need to purchase a foam roller. I recommend a 36 inch, high density round foam roller.
