Getting Started Initial Consultation and Assessments Signing up for personal training can be a daunting decision. You’re probably thinking about it because you need some guidance and that’s awesome! Before we get started it is crucial for me to know your goals, habits, likes/dislikes and conduct a thorough health history. This information is critical to planning an effective workout program. It's also the time for you to decide if we are a good fit. Send me a note and we can set up a time for a phone call to 'meet.'
Pricing One-on-One Training $125 *- One session (typically 60-75 minutes) at your home or other OUTDOOR location. Add a partner :) for $25.
