Kickstart your Saturday with fun, strength and power!
Expect a fun (really!) cardio and strength workout organized by circuits, safe and socially distant. For ALL fitness levels. We mean it. Nobody will feel left behind or go home feeling unchallenged. There’s more to fitness than endless burpees; give FIT Camp a try and love your workout.
When - Saturday Mornings, 9:00am - 10:00am
Where - Sabine Park, Narberth. (see map below) Zoom if the weather doesn't cooperate.
Bring - Water. No equipment required unless noted. Please drop a line so we can chat before your first class!
