Tailored FIT Camp - a great way to start the weekend & 2019! FIT Camp co-ed workout designed to burn calories and build strength, endurance and increase overall athleticism. Great for those just starting a fitness program! I mean it. You will work at your own pace, with the motivation and energy supplied by a group. Nobody will feel left behind, or go home feeling unchallenged. When - Saturday Mornings, 8:30 - 9:30 am. Start the weekend off right with a calorie blasting, muscle building, feel great training session for all fitness levels. Where - UPBeat Dance Center (during the winter months.)
