Tailored FIT Camp FIT Camp is a total body conditioning workout, organized by circuits. A co-ed workout designed to burn calories and build strength, endurance and increase overall athleticism. FIT Camp is designed to keep everyone challenged regardless of fitness level. It doesn’t matter if you are a newbie or a triathlete. I’m a motivator, not a drill sergeant. You will work at your own pace, with the motivation and energy supplied by a group. Nobody will feel left behind, or go home feeling unchallenged. First time or any questions?
