Expect a fun (really!) cardio and strength workout with an ever changing variety of equipment - weights, bands, medicine balls, beach balls :) battle ropes, TRX and more. All used in a variety of exercises organized by circuits. For ALL fitness levels. We mean it. Nobody will feel left behind or go home feeling unchallenged.
