Getting Started Initial Consultation and Assessments Signing up for personal training can be a daunting decision. You’re probably thinking about it because you need some guidance and that’s awesome! Before we get started it is crucial for me to know your goals, habits, likes/dislikes and conduct a thorough health history. This information is critical to planning an effective workout program. It's also the time for you to decide if we are a good fit. Send me a note and we can set up a time for this informational meeting. Preferably some place with coffee! It's complimentary and will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes. No strings attached.
Pricing One-on-One Training $90 - One hour session
Partner Training $60/per person for one hour Training for two - bring a partner! This is great for couples or friends looking to keep each other in check when it comes to their fitness, while having some fun together. Contact me to schedule.
Small Group Training (3 - 6 participants) The benefits of a personal trainer combined with the energy, motivation and fun factor of working out with friends. Contact me for pricing/schedule.
Where Your home or I can suggest a local gym. If you like, I will also make equipment suggestions for you to have on hand when we are not training together.
