Small Group Training Package
This is not a group fitness class. It’s personal training, in a small group setting. Whether you’re new to strength training, a seasoned health and fitness pro, or somewhere in between, this small-group training program is a cost-effective way for you to get individualized attention - tailored training.
During this 6 week program we will
Prior to our first training session start date, I will meet with each participant prior to get a thorough health history and learn about your goals.
Maximum 6 per group
$25/person per one hour training session
2 trainings per week: Mondays 10 - 11am and Thursdays 10:30 - 11:30am
Total cost of Package: $300
Make up classes (a max. of two) will be held the week after the first package of sessions is complete.
